CBD Living Water

Nano Amplified CBD Living Water is absolutely changing my life. Seriously. Water For Living it is so very true when they say water is life. But this is not just any water. It is literally life.

The people at CBD Living have aquired an amazing technology that allows them to use quantum physics and they nano size CBD into tiny particles one millionth of their original size, they then encapsulate them into a water cluster and infuse them in 7.4 PH water.

This process allows the Nano Sized CBD to immediately penetrate into your cells past the blood brain barrier and gives the body immediate 100percent bio availability giving an amplified effect.

The packaging says that it helps with Cells, heart, muscle, energy, metabolism, red blood cells, nerve cells, energy, high blood pressure, provided anti oxidants, heart failure, cancer, muscular dystrophy, boosts energy and speeds recovery, muscle pain, strengthens amine system and improves athletic performance helping the body to feel better and heal from the inside out.

I do not know about all of that but what I do know is this. The US Govt holds patent number 6630507 that clearly states cannabinoids have been found to have antioxidant properties unrelated to NMDA receptor antagonism. This new found property makes cannabinoids useful in the treatment and prophylaxis of a wide variety of oxidation associated diseases, such as ischemic age related inflammatory and auto immune diseases.

Why would the government have a patent on it if there were not some validity to our claim that it provides massive elevation of symptoms associated with chronic and auto immune disorders.

What I can tell you is this not being a scientist or a doctor just me a person who has been suffering for over a decade with cancer Lyme and mesh related complications. I have been on cannabis oil for over a year and have seen great benefits. But the downside to consuming such large quantities of cannabis oil is it makes you so damn sluggish and tired all the time. Well not anymore. For some reason this water is negating the high from the oil. Let’s even take that farther and say it has eliminated much of the swelling and joint pain I constantly feel. I feel more alert my energy is returning and I don’t feel high all day when I drink it.

Thing is I hate drinking water. I have always had a hard time with it. But I do not with this water. I look forward to drinking it. I seriously think it’s even helping with my anxiety and depression. I can’t be for sure but what I am sure of is since I started drinking this water two weeks ago my anxiety is controllable and though I still start to obsess and slip into depression I don’t I am able to reel my thoughts back in and stay on task. It seems to be helping with my focus and attention span.

I know I know water does all this? No they are not paying me to write this. In fact if they tried I’d blast them I am after all The Truth Fairy.

They have added a few other ingriedients like Coenzyme Q10 which is a substance similar to a vitamin that is found in every cell of your body and when it’s depleted is when you see cancer etc. They also add B12 which is essential for good health.

The thing that surprises me is even with these added things it’s good water you cannot taste any of the additives and it taste way better than any tap or bottled water I have eve drank. And I’m drinking water! That has been a life long struggle for me and probably has had a hand in my illnesses. I drink two bottles of this water a day on average I am hooked.

The only downfall I can see to this water is the cost. However when you look at the benefits it is well worth the price. People spend money on Starbucks and garbage sodas etc all day everyday and it does nothing good for you. This water is literally life. It is the future of water and it is here today.

I am so grateful to have this available to me and I am 100 percent convinced that it is giving me my life back. At 49 years old after suffering for a decade and a half cannabis oil and CBD Living Water are the tools that will always be in my tool chest.

Cannabis proven better than pharmaceuticals

“Nearly all medicines have toxic, potentially lethal effects. But marijuana is not such a substance. There is no record in the extensive medical literature describing a proven, documented cannabis-induced fatality… In strict medical terms marijuana is far safer than many foods we commonly consume … Marijuana, in its natural form, is one of the  safest therapeutically active substances known to man.”  -DEA Administrative Law Judge, Francis L. Young-

Because of the lack of research into cannabis as an alternative treatment modality, or the blatant blocking of research by the opiod makers ie Big Pharma there is not a lot of “proof” on record here in the US as to the benefits of cannabis verses pharmaceuticals . However they have not been able to stop all data from being collected and here are 5 diseases that have documented proof that cannabis is much more effective than pharmaceuticals.

1. Cancer

Cannabinoids, the active components of marijuana, inhibit tumor growth and also kill cancer cells. Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the principal psychoactive constituent (or cannabinoid) of the cannabis plant, targets cannabinoid receptors similar in function to endocannabinoids, which are cannabinoids that are naturally produced in the body and activate these receptors.

Researchers have now found that cannabidiol has the ability to ‘switch off’ the gene responsible for metastasis in an aggressive form of cancer. Importantly, this substance does not produce the psychoactive properties of the cannabis plant.

A Spanish team, led by Dr Manuel Guzmon, wanted to see whether they could prevent a form of cancer (glioblastoma multiforme) from growing by cutting off its blood supply. Glioblastoma multiforme is one of the most difficult cancers to treat – it seldom responds to any medical intervention, especially conventional methods which poisoning and primatively destroy cells such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy and surgery.

Genes associated with blood vessel growth in tumors through the production of a chemical called vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) have their activity reduced when exposed to cannabinoids.

Cannabinoids halt VEGF production by producing Ceramide. Ceramide controls cell death.

Dr Manuel Guzmon tested a cannabinoid solution of patients had glioblastoma multiforme and had not responded to chemotherapy, radiotherapy or surgery. The scientists took samples from them before and after treating them with a cannabinoids solution – this was administered directly into the tumor.

Amazingly, both patients experienced reduced VEGF levels in the tumor as a result of treatment with cannabinoids.

A study published in the July 2002 edition of the medical journal Blood, which found that THC and some other cannabinoids produced “programmed cell death” in different varieties of human leukemia and lymphoma cell lines, thereby destroying the cancerous cells but leaving other cells unharmed.

A study published in a 1975 edition of the Journal of the National Cancer Institute, which showed that THC slowed the growth of lung cancer, breast cancer and virus-induced leukemia in rats.

Titled Antineoplastic activity of cannabinoids, this study was funded by the US National Institute of Health, and performed by researchers at the Medical College of Virginia. Despite the promising results, no further research was made, and the study has essentially disappeared from the scientific literature.

A 1994 study, which documented that THC may protect against malignant cancers, and which was buried by the US government. The $2 million study, funded by the US Department of Health and Human Services, sought to show that large doses of THC produced cancer in rats. Instead, researchers found that massive doses of THC had a positive effect, actually slowing the growth of stomach cancers. The rats given THC lived longer than their non-exposed counterparts.

he study was unpublished and the results hidden for almost three years, until it was finally leaked to the media in 1997. (CC#17, THC for tumors).

2. Fibromyalgia (FM)

More and more patients with FM are finding effective relief from cannabis.

So say the results of a recent online survey of over 1,300 subjects conducted by The National Pain Foundation and NationalPainReport.com. Among those surveyed, 379 subjects said that they had used cannabis therapeutically. Sixty-two percent of them rated the substance to be “very effective” in the treatment of their condition.

By comparison, among those FM patients who had used Cymbalta (Duloxene), only eight percent rated the drug as “very effective,” and 60 percent said it did “not work at all.” Among those who had used Lyrica (Pregabalin), ten percent said that drug was “very effective,” versus 61 percent who reported no relief. Among those who had used Savella (Milnacipran), ten percent rated the drug as effective, and 68 percent said it was ineffective.

Commenting on the survey results, Dr. Mark Ware — associate professor in family medicine and anesthesia at McGill University in Montreal — told the National Pain Report,

“We desperately need someone to step up and explore this potential for the efficacy of cannabis.”

Ware, whose own clinical research has demonstrated inhaled pot’s efficacy in subjects with hard-to-treat refractory pain, added: “The scientific rationale is there. There are some early preliminary, proof-of-concept clinical trials that demonstrate cannabis may be effective. Now your study adds additional weight that patients are reporting that cannabis may be better than the existing therapies. I think that this really should provide incentives for researchers to take a hard look at clinical trials to really explore that in much more detail.”

Some investigators already have. In 2006, German scientists reported that the administration of oral THC significantly reduced both chronic and experimentally induced pain in patients with fibromyalgia. Subjects in the trial were administered daily doses of 2.5 to 15 mg of THC, but received no other pain medication during the study. Among those participants who completed the trial, all reported significant reductions in daily pain and electronically induced pain.

More recently, Spanish researchers assessed the use of cannabis treatment of Fibromyalgia. A cursory review of the results indicates why so many FM patients are preferring pot over pills.

Investigators reported,

“The use of cannabis was associated with beneficial effects on some FM symptoms. … After two hours of cannabis use, VAS (visual analogue scales) scores showed a statistically significant reduction of pain and stiffness, enhancement of relaxation, and an increase in somnolence and feeling of well being.”

3. Epilepsy

By far the most common approach to treating epilepsy is to prescribe antiepileptic drugs. Commonly prescribed drugs include clonazepam, phenobarbital, and primidone. Some relatively new epilepsy drugs includetiagabine, gabapentin, topiramate, levetiracetam, and felbamate. Many medications amplify side effects such as fatigue and decreased appetite. Epilepsy medication also may predispose people to developing depression or psychoses.

Several lines of evidence now suggest that cannabinoid compounds are anticonvulsant and empirical evidence in many children is establishing conclusive evidence that cannabinoid therapy may be the most effective treatment available for epileptics.

In “The Endogenous Cannabinoid System Regulates Seizure Frequency and Duration in a Model of Temporal Lobe Epilepsy”, Robyn Wallace explained that the data not only shows the anticonvulsant activity of exogenously applied cannabinoids but also suggests that endogenous cannabinoid tone modulates seizure termination and duration through activation of the CB1 receptor. By demonstrating a role for the endogenous cannabinoid system in regulating seizure activity, these studies define a role for the endogenous cannabinoid system in modulating neuroexcitation. The endogenous cannabinoid system thus provides on-demand protection against acute excitotoxicity in central nervous system neurons.

Anti-convulsant drugs have potentially serious side-effects, including bone softening, reduced production of red blood cells, swelling of the gums, and emotional disturbances. Other occasional effects include uncontrollable rapid eye movements, loss of motor co-ordination, coma and even death. In addition, these medications are far from ideal in that they only completely stop seizures in about 60% of patients.

Large amounts of anecdotal reports and patient case studies indicate the assistance of cannabis in controlling seizures. Cannabis analogues have been shown to prevent seizures. Patients report that they can wean themselves off prescription drugs, and still not experience seizures if they have a regular supply of cannabis.

The British company, GW Pharmaceuticals pursued advanced clinical trials for the world’s first pharmaceutical developed from raw marijuana instead of synthetic equivalents. In response to urgent need expressed by parents of children with intractable epilepsy, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration is now allowing Investigational studies of purified CBD (cannabidiol) for seizures.

Ben Whalley and colleagues at the Center for Integrative Neuroscience and Neurodynamics, University of Reading, using mouse models of epilepsy, established safety and showed that CBD and another cannabinoid, CBDV, exert anti-seizure and anti-inflammatory effects. This research came to the attention of families in the US who had loved ones with epilepsy.

The British Medical Association has stated that cannabis may prove useful as an ‘adjunctive therapy’ for patients who cannot be kept satisfactorily free of seizures on current medications. Likewise, the National Institutes of Health workshop considered that this is ‘an area of potential value’, based largely on animal research showing anticonvulsant effects.

Charlotte’s Web is a sativa marijuana strain that has gained popularity as a good option for treating seizures as well as a range of other medical conditions. This medical potency is due to its high-CBD content, which was specifically cultivated by Colorado breeders The Stanley Brothers for a young epileptic patient named Charlotte. This strain is effective with little to no psychoactive effects, making it great for those who don’t want their medication to affect their daily tasks.

4. Multiple Sclerosis

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has alerted the public that patients diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) have developed serious brain infections after taking the drug Gilenya (fingolimod).

Other drugs like Tysabri are antibody treatments designed to block certain white blood cells that cause MS when they attack nerves. the problem is they have a history of also making patients vulnerable to infection. Biogen and Elan yanked theirs off the market after two cases of the brain disease were confirmed among patients taking the drug; a month later, a third case was confirmed. The FDA allowed the drug to return to the market in July 2006 after they stated benefits outweighed the risks, no doubt with some help from Big Pharma.

GW received government approval in 1998 to develop cannabis-based plant extracts. Their flagship product Sativex is a highly defined extract containing an approximately 50-50 mix of CBD and THC that has been approved by regulators in the UK and more than 20 other countries for treating pain and spasticity in Multiple Sclerosis.

Some forms of medical marijuana are proven to alleviate certain symptoms in patients with multiple sclerosis (MS), according to guidelines published in the journal Neurology.

In a review of 2,608 studies, the researchers were able to assess which therapies had sufficient evidence to indicate that they may be effective for patients with MS. Overall, researchers discovered that certain forms of medical marijuana — a spray form and a pill form — appeared to have the most evidence indicating they may be helpful in patients with MS.

According to study author Dr. Pushpa Narayanaswami:

“What we learned are these specific forms of medical marijuana can ease patients’ symptoms — specific symptoms of spasticity, or muscle stiffness … and helped with frequent urination.”

In a 2011 study, Israeli researchers showed that CBD helps treat MS-like symptomsby preventing immune cells from transforming and attacking the insulating covers of nerve cells in the spinal cord. After inducing an MS-like condition in mice — partially paralyzing their limbs — the researchers injected them with CBD. The mice responded by regaining movement, first twitching their tails and then beginning to walk without a limp. The researchers noted that the mice treated with CBD had much less inflammation in the spinal cord than their untreated counterparts.

In another study in Neuroscience researchers used experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE), an animal model of MS, and found that cannabinoids reduced microglia activation, nitrotyrosine formation, T cell infiltration, oligodendrocyte toxicity, myelin loss and axonal damage in the mouse spinal cord white matter and alleviated the clinical scores when given either before or after disease onset.

The normal course of treatment for a child diagnosed with ADD/ADHD, is a course of methylphenidate, better known as Ritalin. For the child diagnosed with ADD/ADHD, the side effects of using Ritalin, are many, including psychosis (abnormal thinking or hallucinations), difficulty sleeping, stomach aches, diarrhea, headaches, lack of hunger (leading to weight loss) and dry mouth. In some cases, the use of Ritalin has led to death. Death can be caused due to burst blood vessels, heart failure and fever. Violence is a leading cause of amphetamine-related deaths. Violent tendencies can develop after even regular use.

Children are dying at unprecedented rates from drugs like Ritalain. An excellent documentary Generation Rx, details the disturbing and ongoing chemical abuse of children by conventional medicine. The prescription of psychiatric drugs to the masses, specifically children, are altering their minds, bodies and entire lives.

While some apply preconceptions that marijuana exacerbates ADHD almost all California cannabinologists believe cannabis and cannabinoids have substantially improved the lives of ADHD
sufferers, and with less negative side effects than common stimulant drug ADHD treatments.

We have come to understand more about the brain and the role of dopamine and the endocannabinoid system we are starting to unravel how cannabis, anandamide and dranabinol act to free up dopamine and decrease the overstimulation of the midbrain.

The results in treating ADHD with cannabis are often spectacular. Patients report grades going from Cs and Ds to As and Bs. Dr. David Bearman, a physician practicing in Santa Barbara, California, reports patients have said, “I graduated from the Maritime Academy because I smoked marijuana,” and “I got my Ph.D. because of smoking marijuana.” Almost universally, ADHD patients who therapeutically used cannabis reported in helped them pay attention in lecture, focus their attention instead of thinking of several ideas almost at the same time, helped them to stay on task and do their homework.

70 percent of the brain’s job is to inhibit sensory input from the other 30 percent. Typical ADHD symptoms include distractability. The most accepted theory about ADHD rests on the fact that about 70% of the brain’s function is to regulate input to the other 30%. The cause of ADHD is probably a decreased ability to suppress sensory input both internal and external input (need a reference here). Basically the brain is overwhelmed with too much information that comes too fast. In ADHD, the brain is cluttered with and too aware of all the nuances of a person’s daily experience. This phenomenon is caused by a dopamine dysfunction.

Since the endocannabinoid system was discovered, many studies revealed that marijuana also modulates the dopamine system and therefore has a potential for ADHD treatment. As recounted in the physicians’ stories below, marijuana may be a safer, less costly, and
more effective treatment than anything available from the pharmaceutical companies.

Dr. Claudia Jensen, a 49-year old California pediatrician and mother of 2 teenage daughters, says marijuana might be the best treatment for ADHD. In an interview with the FOD news network, she said:

“Why would anyone want to give their child an expensive pill… with unacceptable side effects, when he or she could just go into the backyard, pick a few leaves off a plant and make tea…?”

“Cannabinoids are a very viable alternative to treating adolescents with ADD and ADHD … I have a lot of adult patients who swear by it.”

In her testimony, before the House Committee on Government Reform on Marijuana (2004) Dr. Jensen discussed the practice of recommending marijuana to patients with ADHD in an 11-page statement. Her testimony summarized hundreds of published
scientific articles on the safety/efficacy of marijuana that have produced strong scientific evidence that marijuana is an important medicine.

Her reasons for looking to marijuana as treatment for ADHD?

“The other legal drugs used to treat ADD are helpful in many patients, but they all have side effects… the other five of the nine drugs used to treat ADD in this country haven’t even been scientifically tested … for ADD in children. These are drugs for depression and high blood pressure … Of all the drugs use to treat ADD, cannabis has the least number of serious side effects.”

Her explanation for why marijuana is opposed by the pharmaceutical companies:

“The real problem with allowing patients to use cannabis as a medication is economics … If cannabis were approved for use in just the ADD/ADHD market alone, it could significantly impact the $1 billion a year sales for traditional ADD/ADHD pharmaceuticals.”

I am not celebrating this holiday. I simply can not in good conscious. It is bad enough we celebrate the day that we stole raped and pillaged land from the Native Americans and we celebrate it? Calling it ThanksGIVING? More like ThanksTAKING as they did not GIVE us their land. We STOLE it.

In Soix Falls North Dakota the Natives are being shot, gasses and basically brutalized trying to save our water for future generations and I simply can not celebrate this day. Let’s review the TRUTH about this holiday.

In 1614 a band of English explorers sailed to England with a ship full of Patuxet Indians bound for slavery. They were infected by smallpox and it wiped out most of them. By the time they arrived in Massachusetts Bay they found only one living Patuxet Indian, a man named Squanto  who had survived slavery in England and knew their language. He taught them to grow corn and to fish and negotiated a peace treaty with the Pilgrims and the Wampanoag Nation. At the end of the first year, the Pilgrims held a feast honoring Squanto and the Wampanoags.

However word spread in England about the paradise to be found in the new world, religious zealots called puritans began arriving by the ship full. Beings there were no fences around the land they decided it was public domain, joined by other British settlers they seized the land capturing the strong young natives for slaves and killing the rest. But the Pequot Nation had not agreed to the peace treaty and they fought back. The Pequot War was one of the bloodiest Indian Wars ever fought.

In 1637 in  Groton Connecticut over 700 men, women and children of the Pequot Tribe gathered for their annual Green Corn Festival which is our Thanksgiving . In the predawn hours the sleeping Indians were surrounded by English and Dutch mercenaries who ordered them to come outside. Those who came out were shot or clubbed to death while the seemingly terrified women and children who huddled together inside in fear were burned alive. The next day the governor of the Massachusetts Bay Colony declared ” a day of Thanksgiving” because 700 unarmed men women and children were murdered.

The colonist were encouraged by their victory and attacked village after village. Women and children over 14 were sold into slavery while the rest were murdered. Boats loaded with as many as 500 slaves at a time regularly left the ports of New England. Bounties were paid for Indian scalps to encourage as many murders as possible.

Following an especially successful raid against the Pequot in what is now Stamford Connecticut the churches announced a second day of “thanksgiving” to celebrate victory over the heathen savages. During the feasting they hacked off heads of Natives and kicked them through the streets like soccer balls. The Chief of the Wampanoug Indians head was impaled on a pole in Plymouth Massachusetts where it remained on display for 24 years.

As the killings became more and more frenzied with days of thanksgiving feasts after each successful massacre George Washington suggested that only one day per year be set aside for Thanksgiving instead of celebrating each and every massacre. Later Abraham Lincoln decreed Thanksgiving Day to be a legal national holiday during the Civil War on the same day he ordered troops to march against the starving Sioux in Minnesota.

Not the same fuzzy feeling is it? I feel we need to try and reach beyond the myths of Thanksgiving and teach some degree of historic truth….I do not mind you celebrating but if you are going to celebrate then it is only right that you know what you in truth are celebrating. Murder, cold blooded murder, rape, theft, women and children being burned alive, people being be headed. Yeah seems like a real good reason to celebrate to me…. Not!!!

So please do me a favor and do not lie to yourself or your children about this holiday if you want to feast do it in remembrance of all the lives lost do it in honor of them not in celebration….

Okay so here are a few remedies you can make at home with Sage

Throat Gargle:

1 tablespoon of dried sage

Gargle a few tablespoons every half hour the longer you Gargle the better spit out.
Throat Spray

Tastier than the Gargle but not as effective for more healing power replace the brandy with my homemade echinacea tincture found elsewhere in my blog

3 tablespoons dried sage leaves

 1/4 cup brandy

2 drops peppermint essential oil

1 tablespoon honey

Pour boiling water over sage and steep an hour

Drain drink 1/4 cup

Cannabis Bath Salts

Cannabis bath salts are soothing, anti inflammatory, non drying and luscious on the skin. If you are seeking pain relief from conditions like arthritis, chronic headaches, cramps or nerve pain these baths will help relieve those symptoms. It is so hard to smile when you are in pain and these help.

These bath salts do have the potential to relax your muscles and can cause a slight euphoric or “high” feeling depending on the concentration of cannabis used and the length of time spent soaking in the bath. It can last for 3 to 6 hours depending on the amount of time spent soaking and the concentration of cannabis you have absorbed.  This can be adjusted and you may chose to use only CBD  so that there is no chance of psychoactive effects, while still providing a benefit similar to topical lotions.(message me if you need this alternative recipe as it is different)

You can prepare the bath salts really with whatever cannabinoid concentration that you prefer, there is no upward limit. However you may need to adjust other ingredients to ensure the cannabis oils have been fully emulsified. More than the suggested amount of cannabis can be wasteful but it is up to you. The effects of these bath salts have more to do with soaking time (exposure) than deploying super concentrations of cannabinoids.

You should spend as much time in the bath as you fell comfortable. Based on notes taken from others who have tried my products the consensus is that you begin to feel the effects after about 15 minutes with typical soak times ranging from 20 to 30 minutes for maximum benefits. I feel you should wait at least an hour after getting out of the bath to gauge your level of sobriety and if you are able to operate machinery etc as everyone is different.

Now look I have used the bath salts from dispensaries and not being mean but the ones I have used suck because the cannabis oils either float up to the top or they leave a nasty ring around the tub. This is because it is not fully emulsified therefor it cannot penetrate into your tissues so they are a waste.

Making cannabis bath salts is a two step process. First you make the concentrated cannabis bath base. Second you add the concentrated cannabis bath base to salt and aloe vera mixture and finish by adding your essential oils

Making the Bath Base:

Start with authentic dried de seeded Sapindus Mukorossi berries (aka soap nut or soap berry. Comes from the Himalayas  and is the centerpiece for the emulsion techniques you will learn when creating baths soaks and washes. The soap berry emulsifies the oils and distributes them into the water, penetrating deeply into your skin instead of floating on the surface. Soap berries can be found in your health food store in the laundry section)

(Soap Berries are part of the traditional Ayurveda pharmacopoeia and have been used for thousands of years for skin and hair health. They are also great for their anti inflammatory and antimicrobial properties and can only be complimented with the herb cannabis… DO NOT USE ANY PRE PREPARED SOAP BERRY PRODUCT ONLY THE RAW PRODUCT AND USE IT EXACTLY AS EXPLAINED )

In my basic recipes I like to prepare the bath base with citrus peels and lavender  because i am not really fond of the smell of the soap berries and cannabis alone but it is really a matter of preference, in my opinion it enhances the aromatherapy experience but it can be done alone with no fragrances or extra aroma “spice” they are not necessary in the basic process that combines the bath base with bath salts to produce a fully emulsified cannabis bath.

I like to make 5 portions at a time. Each one contains approximately a gram of hashish or 3 grams of top shelf flower. It really is suggested that you play around with it and see what works best for you you can always do more never less. It really depends on your preference and what you are hoping to accomplish, these recipes can be gentle or intense that is entirely up to you and why it is DIY….

(ok so use finely ground flower, hashish or keif)

what you need is this 1/2 teaspoon (2 grams) sunflower lecithin

1 tablespoon pure 100% unprocessed olive or sunflower oil (the amount should be just enough to cover the ground herb)

12 grams or more of potent dried finely ground flower or 6 to 8 grams hash or kief

60 whole de seeded soap berries split in half

about 3 grams or a tablespoon of dried lavender of several fresh sprigs

peelings from a lemon or orange

1 liter of water

2 tablespoons of fresh aloe vera gel scraped from the plant leaf

Now what you need to do is melt the sunflower lecithin in the oil. Pour this hot oil over the cannibus and allow it to marinate as you prepare your soap berries

Rinse the dried soap berries in warm water once and QUICKLY drain.

Add the soap berries the citrus peel and the lavender to a bowl. Set aside

Bring the water to a soft boil and add to the bowl and cover. Let this sit and steep for 6 to 8 hours to extract the saponins and other essential nutrients from the herbs.

after this extraction put the mixture in a pot on the stove and add the marinated cannabis and aloe vera gel scraped fresh from the leaf.

simmer this mixture on low simmer and frequently smash and stir until there is half the original amount of liquid or less. This should take about 45 minutes to an hour. pay close attention do not allow it to burn. The plant material will be very mushy or pulpy at the correct end stage.

remove from the stove and allow mixture to cool to a warm to the touch temperature.

use cheese cloth or a very small strainer a nylon or cloth bag to strain and extract or squeeze as much juice as possible from the mixture into a bowl.

Now you have a strong bath base mixture it should be between 1 and 2 cups of thick gravy like liquid. Set aside the soap berries and cannabis flower mixture to be used in poultice wraps or for foot soak recipes that I can share with you when I have time… (You can easily do another full extraction with this material by repeating this simmering cycle with the liter of water as above. I have had people tell me they ran it through 3 times. I always only do it once because I like the full strength but they say it is just as effective)

Now For The Bath Salts

you will be adding essential oils and herbs at this point. It is ideal to have the bath base warm. If you froze the mixture then you will need to warm it up before making the bath salts.

you will need 2 cups of course Himalayan pink salt, ancient salt or sea salt I prefer the Himalayan pink salt

2 tablespoons fresh aloe vera gel scraped directly from the leaf

1 portion of the cannabis bath mixture (remember we made enough for 3 to 5 baths depending on your strength preference)

assorted essential oils if desired for the aromatherapy blend

using a large mortar and pestle or a large glass mixing bowl pour in the salt

scrape the aloe vera gel from the leaf and mash into the salt until dissolved

add the portion of the cannabis bath mixture above

add drops of the essential oils of your choice to your taste and gently fold into the mixture…

That’s it guys!!!Refrigerate up to two weeks freeze up to 6 months or use immediately

It is important to take into account that the final result in your bath will have a different fragrance than the final concentrated bath salt portions. The scents of the soap berries, lemon peels, and lavender dissipate and reveal a lovely aromatic experience from the other ingredients. And again if you want a fragrance free experience just omit the essential oils…..

I hope this helps and I apologize for it taking so long to post after promised

Hemp (part 1)

Hemp and Cannabis are two names because they are IN FACT two different plants, They are similar, they are both amazing but they have different uses and they are different and should not be confused. Because while one can heal our planet the other can heal our species but they are NOT the same and one can NOT be substituted for the other expecting the same results. It is my opinion that Industrial Hemp is being pushed off on unsuspecting uneducated people  in the form of CBD oil from the cannabis plant. Beings that most folks do not know the difference it is an easy way for the higher ups to get in and pervert things and to keep us sick. Lets just do a slight of hand and keep the dumb dumber…ugh   they are different and I am going to try and explain them to you.

When people think of marijuana they mostly think of a burning joint or a glass bong filled with white smoke. Until recently no one would equate the cannabis plant with plant based plastics, durable paper or military grade fabrics. It is my opinion they still should not be confused. they are different.

So how is Hemp different from Cannabis one might ask…..

genetics…. cannabis is the oldest domesticated crop. Throughout history humans have grown DIFFERENT varieties of cannabis for industrial and medical uses. The tall sturdy plants grown by early civilizations to make a variety of foods, oils, textiles, such as rope and fabric. The cannabis plant was bred with other plants with the same nature and characteristics which led to the cannabis we now know as Hemp.

Other plants in this family were recognized for their psychoactive effects and were bred specifically for spiritual rituals and medicinal purposes. This led to the unique variety of cannabis that we call marijuana.

The core agricultural differences between medicinal cannabis and hemp are largely found in their genetic parenting and the cultivation environment. Scientist believe that the early separation of the cannabis gene pool led to two distinct types of cannabis known as Indica and Sativa

THC content The cannabis plant contains high levels of THC, hemp contains a minimal amount 0.03% of THC. This is at present the single thing they use to differentiate the plants however it is far from the only difference. Any cannabis plant with higher levels than 0.03% are considered to be marijuana. (crappy marijuana but marijuana none the less)

Cannabis plants contain unique compounds called cannabinoids. Research has revealed over 60 different cannabinoids thus far, but THC is the most well known, THC is what is credited for the HIGH feeling you get when ingesting cannabis. Comparing medical marijuana to hemp is silly medical marijuana usually contains anywhere from 5 to 20% THC on average with top shelf strains coming in at 25-30% THC.

There are a  lot of debates going on suggesting that CBD derived from industrial Hemp has the same healing properties as cannabis derived CBD products. Most people do not even realize there is hemp derived CBD verses cannabis derived CBD most people do not even realize they are NOT the same plant.Though agricultural hemp and medical marijuana both originated from the Cannabis Sativa L. plant, agricultural hemp, which is often referred to as the hemp stalk grows differently than THC containing cannabis and looks very similar to bamboo. While the THC producing marijuana plants are grown to an average of 5 to 8 feet in height and are spaced 8 to 10 feet apart agricultural hemp is grown to 15 feet and is only placed 3 to 6 inches apart.

Hemp has little potential to produce THC the compound that kills free radical cell growth. The legal argument that has allowed the legalization of hemp derived CBD oil leaves lots to my imagination. But the fact is the US Gov has a patent on CBD and are allowing industrial hemp derived CBD to get into our hands easily… Why one might ask? Because they have no fear that it will hurt the pharmaceutical companies… Why one might ask? because they know there is no medicinal value in CBD derived from Hemp so they do not care if we take it in fact the hemp CBD coming from China is TOXIC it will IN FACT make you sick. They did a 5 year GMO study on the bullshit coming out of  China and guess what that very company opened its doors in Colorado as soon as the hemp growing laws were changed there. Hempison Biotech is the name of this company and it is my opinion that they are the Devil incarnate…. Products derived from Hemp are considerably different than products derived from the resinous cannabis flower frequently referred to as whole plant medicine..

Hemp, on the hand, is used to describe a Cannabis Sativa plant that contains only trace amounts of THC. Hemp is a high-growing plant, typically bred for industrial uses such as oils and topical ointments, as well as fiber for clothing, construction, and much more.

Only products made from industrial hemp (less than 0.3% THC) are legal to sell, buy, consume, and ship. This single factor (0.3%) is how most people distinguish between what is classified as “hemp” and what is classified as “cannabis.” This limit has led to mass controversy (for good reason), which I will dive into a bit later. But first, let’s take a look at how hemp is utilized all over the world. From hemp apparel and accessories to diets and hemp seed oil cosmetics, the plant is seemingly found everywhere you look. Hemp can be made into wax, resin, rope, cloth paper and fuel, among many other things.

One of the reasons hemp is so valuable is because of its fiber length and strength. These long bast fibers have been used to make paper almost two milenias. Thomas Jefferson drafted both the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution on hemp paper.

Today, 95% of paper is made from wood pulp. This makes little sense when considering hemp can easily produce much more paper per acre than wood pulp alternatives.

The hemp paper process also utilizes less energy and fewer chemicals than tree paper processing and doesn’t create the harmful dioxins, chloroform, or any of the other 2,000 chlorinated organic compounds that have been identified as byproducts of the wood paper process.

Studies have shown consumption of raw hemp seeds can help lower blood pressure and cholesterol, accelerate weight loss, improve one’s immune system, control blood sugar levels, and even reduce inflammation. This makes hemp seeds extremely nutritious. They contain a bundle of essential amino acids and fatty-acids. This may explain why the “hemp for food” industry is growing rapidly and has increased over 300 percent, to an estimated 25,000 products, in the past few years.

In its raw form, hemp has the second highest amount of protein of any food (soy being the highest). However, because the hemp seed’s protein more closely resembles the protein found in human blood, it is much easier to digest than soy protein. Hemp seeds can be eaten whole, pressed into oil, or ground into flour for baking.

In America, products derived from hemp seed, such as hemp seed spreads, hemp seed energy bars, hemp seed meal, and hemp oil – are widely available in natural food stores such as Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s supermarkets.

Hemp seed oil is perfectly suited for hair and skin care. Its nutritional value, combined with its moisturizing and replenishing EFA’s, make it one of the best vegetable body care foundations. Hemp seed oil’s EFA complement includes polyunsaturated fatty acids, omega-3, omega-6, omega-9, linoleic acid, and gamma linoleic acids (GLA’s). Although they are very effective in skin care maintenance, GLA’s are rarely found in natural oils. Hemp is an excellent source of GLA’s.

Additionally, oil derived from hemp seed has shown promise in treating exema (chronic dry skin) in patients, although whole-plant cannabis oil has been proven to be more effective in treating more severe skin disorders, like skin cancer.

Hemp seeds have provided a combustible fuel oil throughout human history. Basically, hemp can provide two types of fuel:

1. Hemp biodiesel – made from the oil of the (pressed) hemp seed.
2. Hemp ethanol/methanol – made from the fermented stalk.

The concept of using oil derived from vegetables as an engine fuel is nothing new. In 1895, Dr. Rudolf Diesel developed the first diesel engine to run on vegetable oil — peanut oil to be exact. When you press the hemp seeds and extract the oil, you are actually creating hemp biodiesel. Additionally, through processes such as gasification, hemp can be used to make both ethanol and methanol.

There is NO DOUBT that hemp has many many industrial and nutritional values that must not be overlooked. It even helps with SOME medical things but it IS NOT THE CURE IT DOES NOT KILL FREE RADICAL CELL GROWTH THAT ALONE IS DONE BY CANNABIS DERIVED CBD AND CANNABIS OIL…. DO NOT BE FOOLED…..

Mary’s Nutritionals

Basically, Hemp and your traditional marijuana are the same plant- it’s all cannabis sativa. The only difference is the potency, where Hemp is kept under 0.3% THC by dry weight, and that’s regulated through Colorado’s Industrial Hemp program. But I think this is the biggest misconception It’s not about us growing or using an inferior product. It’s about us growing the highest quality we can and putting it under a different classification putting it to a different use. What we do is we grow these high quality strains, whether they’re Charlotte’s Web or any of those other names people recognize, and fine tune them for medicinal and nutritional use. That’s specifically related to hemp. The CBD whether in a nutritional or medicinal product, is the same high quality CBD with anti inflammatory qualities.

That was one of the areas we discovered when we came into the business is that testing is lackluster at best   I think we’re one of the only if not the only producer in the state to have a Cheif science officer. The testing is something we do in house because we feel it’s the only way to guarantee the claims we make. Before we even had the money to spend on it we had testing equipment in house to make sure we could back up our claims.   NICOLE SMITH

I was unable to get anyone at Mary’s to answer my questions about their products and where their hemp comes from where it’s tested or how it is processed or exactly what other ingredients are in it so I had to dig around and I’m not at all happy with what I found.

First and foremost I used it and my stomach began cramping terribly and then I got a headache I had my room mate use it he got a headache and then the next morning we both woke up with abscesses where we have faulty dental work

You can see the abscess on my gum and you can see his face extremely swollen. He actually went and got antibiotics I used natural remedies as I am allergic to anti bio tics.

You can not tell me that this is not directly linked to these products. First off their chief officer is quoted above saying industrial hemp and cannabis are the same. We all know this is not true. They are in the same family but entirely different. While hemp is great for fossil fuels etc it is a natural bio accumulator and absorbs toxins from the ground and they have yet to study how to remove those toxins nor are they even testing for them yet as no one is even looking at that FACT

Next red flag is the in house testing to make sure they were getting the correct results. Well I want third party testing. In fact I demand it because obviously they are not going to tell us when they do not meet the standards and how can we know the truth when it’s all done in house by someone who does not even know the difference between cannabis and hemp?

I cannot get anyone from the company to talk to me even though they were more than willing to send this garbage out they won’t answer questions when someone thinks they are pushing junk.

What I did find is Elite Gardens is who provides their CBD and on the surface they look to be an amazingly environmentally conscientious company with all of their newfangled Chimney Rock Farms Hemp Greenhouses utilizing photovoltaics, woodbiomass boilers and aquaponics to nearly double the rate of growth and their claims to when necessary go beyond conventional organic protocals to regenerate the soil in the fields to avoid any potential issues with soil phytoremediation by the plants….

OK…so I have red flag after red flag because of all the modifications going on, when I need a dictionary to understand every other word in a sentence it seems a little un natural to me. Is not this a natural plant that heals naturally? So it does not need to be modified. I am very uncomfortable with all of this.  The plants are a natural bio accumulator and they use a photovoltaics lighting system and are concerned with phytoremediation…. Idk I am still following all of these words and companies and trying to figure it out but it seems to me that there is nothing natural in their process they are pushing industrial hemp claiming there is no difference and they are speeding up the growth process they are perverting the process and I just do not think its good.

I am still researching but there are a shitload of negative reviews out there and I am in agreement with them this shit sucks it’s toxic and should be pulled off the shelf. Do not I repeat do not trust this company or their products. I am still researching but for now it’s a big fat no! Warning warning do not use this garbage. This is my official opinion.

The Starfish Story: one step towards changing the world

Beautiful reminder and very well timed…. We can make a difference even if only to one

You may have heard this one, but I find that it doesn’t hurt to be reminded of it every once in a while.  First let me tell you the story, and then we can talk about it.

Once upon a time, there was an old man who used to go to the ocean to do his writing. He had a habit of walking on the beach every morning before he began his work. Early one morning, he was walking along the shore after a big storm had passed and found the vast beach littered with starfish as far as the eye could see, stretching in both directions.

Off in the distance, the old man noticed a small boy approaching.  As the boy walked, he paused every so often and as he grew closer, the man could see that he was occasionally bending down to pick up an object and throw it into the sea.  The boy came closer still and the man…

Placebo Effect

I have been reading some of Bruce Lipton PHD’s works and though he is not really the type of writer that I can easily follow I keep sitting down and taking the time to thoroughly read and research him and his findings because they resonate as total truth to me. The Biology of belief is a must read…. It brings me back around to the placebo trials I am always referring to and their effectiveness.

Do you realize that a placebo can work even when you know that you are taking it?

The placebo in reality is the most powerful remedy around in my opinion, because it is strictly mind over matter it is in fact as effective and sometimes even more so as most drugs and for a wide array of conditions. It can even work when we KNOW we are being given it, or so that is what some researchers have found.

Usually in medical trials the participants are not told if they are being given a placebo or the actual drug. But in one study even when the participants knew they were taking a placebo they were able to be conditioned into believing that the placebo is actually working this study  was performed at the University of Colorado Boulder. The researchers there thought that if we believe in the power of those treatments and have experiences consistent with those beliefs, when that happens the brain responds as if it were a real event, even when they know it is a placebo. In this particular study the researchers burnt the upper arm of the participants and the  area was then treated with a cooling gel that was  actually only Vaseline with blue food coloring and the participants watched them mix it together but then were given opportunity to believe it to be burn ointment and the pain subsided and the burn began to heal.

The hardest thing to do for a cancer patient is changing their belief systems. When an allopathic doctor tells them they are going to die on a certain date, it has been found that if the patient believes that then they die when this Doctor tells them they are going to. the hardest thing to overcome when bringing someone out of the gamete of bullshit western medical practices and bring them back to the side of life is getting rid of those negative thoughts that this allopathic Doctor has put into their heads. They are simply a man or woman practicing medicine they are not God and it is all about how you think and believe so the hardest thing to face when taking someone to a natural path of healing and wholeness is getting the negative belief system imposed by allopathic practitioners out of their heads and replace it with the knowledge that no one not your doctor, your wife your lover your friend NO ONE has all the answers but you innately do if you take responsibility for your own existence and decide not one of us is God or in control of your destiny but you. You chose this mission and it is entirely up to you whether or not you complete it.

There are no cures, that lies within your mind and you innately know what it is you need. your mind is extremely powerful and if you believe that you are going to die then it is only a matter of time. However you do not have to die if it is not your time. There is hope and there are ways to naturally eliminate needless suffering. But no one can chose life for you but you.

We are all dying. Every day that we wake up each one of us in one day closer to death. It is the one thing that we are promised. There is no cheating it. But there are tools that you can acquire along the way that will eliminate unnecessary suffering , seek and you will find. I promise the cure is not going to come in the form of a pill or something that a scientist made in a lab out of chemicals…. The relief will be found in nature and in your thought process… Not in a bottle marked RX not in a drip that floods your body with mustard gas and not by removing parts…. There is not one cell in the human body that cannot regenerate…
